Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Mayhem Red is a platform for consensual adult content. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, and any form of coercion or abuse. Every seller on this platform is a consenting adult who has verified their identity and agreed to our terms.

Our Commitment

We are committed to:

  • Ensuring that all content on our platform is produced and sold by consenting adults, free from coercion or exploitation
  • Actively training our team to recognize signs of trafficking and exploitation in content submissions and account activity
  • Cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies investigating human trafficking
  • Permanently banning any seller or account found to be engaged in trafficking, exploitation, or coercion
  • Reporting credible evidence of trafficking or exploitation to the National Human Trafficking Hotline and appropriate law enforcement

Seller Obligations

All sellers on Mayhem Red must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and able to provide valid government-issued photo identification
  • Have provided valid documentation for themselves and any co-performers appearing in their content (per our Red Seller Addendum)
  • Ensure all co-performers appearing in their content are consenting adults who have signed a valid model release
  • Never produce, upload, or sell content involving coercion, force, fraud, or any person who is not freely and voluntarily participating
  • Immediately report to us any situation where they believe a person is being coerced or exploited, even outside our platform

How to Report Suspected Trafficking or Exploitation

If you believe that content on our platform involves exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual participation, please report it immediately:

When reporting to us, please include:

  • A link to the content or account you are reporting
  • A description of why you believe trafficking or exploitation may be involved
  • Any supporting evidence or context

If you are shown in content on Mayhem RED and want it removed, you may also use our Content Removal and Appeals Policy. If consent was not given or is not valid under applicable law, the content will be removed.

Our Review Process

  1. Immediate escalation: Reports of potential trafficking are escalated immediately and treated as highest-priority.
  2. Content suspension: Reported content and accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
  3. Internal review: Our trust and safety team reviews all available evidence.
  4. Law enforcement referral: Where credible evidence of trafficking or exploitation exists, we will report to law enforcement and the National Human Trafficking Hotline without delay.
  5. Final action: Accounts found in violation will be permanently terminated and reported to relevant authorities and payment processors.
  6. Notice: Where legally permissible, we will communicate resolution outcomes to the reporting party.

Reports will be reviewed within five (5) business days. Urgent reports involving immediate risk to a person will be escalated immediately.
